Step 1: Terms & Conditions

Agreements between Stockbroker and the Clients

  • •This Client Agreement is to be entered into between the Client and the relevant Stockbroker Participant ("hereinafter") is a conditional agreement.
  • •This Agreement shall be completed upon due execution and acceptance by the Client as authorized Officer of the Stockbroker Participant as evidence will.
  • •Upon receiving the Risk Disclosure Statement contained in the Agreement by the Client by an authorized officer of the Stockbroker Participant as evidence will. The Stockbroker Participant will activate the CDS account with Annexure C to this agreement.

Therefore, the Clients will receive an email communication from the Stockbroker Participant for this purpose, subsequent to opening the CDS account digitally.

Step 2: Electronic Signature

I hereby, confirm that this acceptance constitutes my true and correct and agreed to comply with and be bound by this terms and conditions of Business rules and Bye-Laws/rules of any respective stock exchange associated with such transactions and also conditions for opening of a CDS account as specified in Annexure C to this Agreement.
